Proof that I do more then look pretty.

Contrary to popular belief within the group, I actually do make videos. Some people seem to question this from time to time, like Tristan in his last post. In the past week I have been editing up a storm, much of which nobody will ever see except those who live in my basement or occupy it from time to time. But there is an exception here. Emilio and I went out the other day to shoot some randomness, and here it is.

so, since we havent really updated, i'll fill you in. YOULOOKGOOD- Andrew made it into the finals with a 5th place finish and was going for the best trick, frontside rodeo 9 or 10. didnt quite land it but still pretty sick. Gord and Mac had respectable finishes as well. We all had fun. Emilio also stomped his runs so he was stoked... i guess. In more recent news, at the Oronge Garden Allan took 2nd in the Open, Gord got 3rd, and Tristan (I) got 1rst on the B side. Andrew ended up spraining his ankle and is taking the week to rest up. MORE recently, Scott got into a HORRIBLE dancing accident and ended up with a minor tear of the ACL. Pretty lame. But the rest of us have been riding hard this week.
At Silver Star this weekend is the Showdown Throwdown Hoedown competition, We'll let you know how it goes! Hopefully one of us will come home with some cash! For rent and ringing the bell and making it to the end of the season basically. If Allan ever made a video we'd show it to you, but it takes time! Sorry friends.

so,
the you look good comp. is on saturday, and all of us are trying to get our tricks down in preparation. We've all been working on our triple sow-cows, X-UPS and triple heel clickers. Hopefully we get some good scores from them! If we get some shooting done in the next few days we'll let you know.

Road Trip!

We got to 100 mile house yesterday. Gord has been telling us we have to come here since the start of the season. So far its been quite the adventure. Day 1 was just a serious of mishaps and bad Karma. I could write about what happened, but its a long one. 

The photos of Gord at the 'Warm up rail.' This was supposed to be a fun session. There was a lot of bad luck, but it was also a good time. We had a session on a frozen waterfall today. Some good stuff came out of it. There are more plans in the works for this trip, its not over yet.

Gords missing the summertime and decided to go swimming. Didn't work out for him, he is still drying his boots out. He was soaking but still killed it.
